The Days They Just Roll By
Another week is almost over and not much to report on really. Twice in the past week, after getting home I've started feeling nauseous. And I mean really nauseous. Last Thursday I didn't eat supper because of it. I have no idea what's going on. That Thursday I bought some chips at lunch. They were on sale so maybe they were old or something. This past Tuesday I went out for lunch and had some spicy chicken strips with fries. Then for supper we had salmon and potatoes. So I'm not sure if it's from eating too much... or maybe it's a potato thing? Whatever the cause it's frustrating.
I'm finally getting a change to move one of our major applications from Filemaker Pro to Oracle. So that means plenty of work for me to do, and interesting work at that. Well some of it is pretty tedious as I remake all my searches and such, but it'll be nice to see this application perform properly now that's it's running off Oracle.
You know what? I don't think I've made a Sunday morning service yet this month. The first Sunday morning we had a snow storm and the truck wasn't up to handling the roads. The second Sunday I was away at Blizzard and this past Sunday the truck wouldn't start because of the cold. It feels kinda strange missing that much church.
I grabbed a bunch of youth pictures from Steve so I will deliver on my promise to post some. I just have to sit down when I'm at home to go through them and crop them and such. Lately I haven't felt like doing much on my computer once I get home.
Well that'll be all for now. Nothing planned for the weekend. Hopefully I'll be smart and surf some real estate websites.
Matthew.
